Since the years 1900 in the heart of Beaune, four generations follow one another the Field Voiret on 2, 5 hectares of vine.
The wines of the Voiret Field result from noble type of vines :
Pinot noir for the reds
Chardonnay for the white
Aligoté
The Voiret Field produces authentic wines of soil. The vineyard of Beaune counts 652 hectares of AOC delimited and distributed according to 4 names which produce red wines and white wines with the marked characters.
The method of culture is traditional and natural, without amendment of the grounds, nor weeding. Only a regular tilling is practised.
The grape harvest is carried out manually. The wine making is traditional. The grapes are picked off and ferment ten days. The breeding is 18 months out of barrels of oak. The wines are bottled after unification, joining and light filtration.
